4 Cups (1 Litre) of Liquid Chicken Stock
2 Tablespoons of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Since my surgery a few years ago, I haven’t been able to eat traditional pizza dough due to digestion problems. Ultimate Nutella Brownies | One Pot Chef




Ultimate Nutella Brownies are my super rich, super chocolatey, super fudgey brownies, made with real Nutella, dark chocolate and chopped nuts! Moist, dense and very very fudgey, these brownies are the ultimate in Nutella decadence - give it a try today!

700g of Nutella (just over 2 cups approx.)
4 Eggs
1 Cup of Self Raising Flour
3/4 Cup of Chopped Nuts (I used walnuts)
200g Block of Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate (roughly chopped)

Cooking Time: About 40 minutes approx.

One Pot Cheesy Beef and Bacon Pasta | One Pot Chef




My One Pot Cheesy Beef and Bacon Pasta is a wonderful mid-week family dinner dish, featuring minimal prep work and little washing up! It’s really as a simple as popping everything in the pot, a little bit of stirring then letting it cook itself. The flavours of the cheese, bacon, onion, garlic and beef make this a classic dish the whole family will enjoy. Serve with a side salad or some mixed vegetables - Try it today :)

Ingredients:

500g of Beef Mince
1 Litre (4 Cups) of Beef Stock6 Slices of Bacon (chopped)
1 Small Brown Onion (chopped)
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (about 2 Teaspoons)
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
500g of Dry Pasta (I used Fusilli / Small Spirals)
1/2 Cup of Milk
3 Cups of Grated Cheese (I used Cheddar)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes 
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
