Slow Cooker Lasagna | One Pot Chef

Slow Cooker Lasagna is a deliciously simple way to make the classic Italian baked pasta dish. Layers of tomato sauce, a cheese and spinach mixture and pasta sheets are stacked in the crock pot then left to cook. 2 x 500g Jars of Tomato Pasta Sauce
2 x 500g Packs of Ricotta Cheese
2 Cups of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
250g of Chopped Spinach (I used frozen!)
30g Sachet of Dried Vegetable Soup Mix
About 8 to 12 Dried Lasagna Pasta Sheets (depending on size of pot)
Extra Cheese (for topping)

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes 
Cooking Time: About 5 to 6 hours on LOW setting

SERVES 6- 8

Cookies and Cream Dessert Cups | One Pot Chef

Preparation Time: About 25 minutes (plus chilling time)

Eggplant Parmigiana | One Pot Chef



ONE POT CHEF COOKBOOKS - PAPERBACKS AND EBOOKS:

Eggplant Parmigiana is a simple to prepare weeknight dish that the whole family will love. Eggplant slices are given a cheesy crumb coating, then shallow fried and topped with tomato pasta sauce and cheese. Baked until hot and bubbling, this fabulous dish is best served with a side salad or some steamed mixed vegetables - give it a go!

2 Large Eggplant
3/4 Cup of Dry Breadcrumbs
1 Cup of Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 x 500g Jars of Tomato Pasta Sauce
2 Cups of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Basil Leaves (to garnish)
Olive Oil (for frying)
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
