Oven Baked Cinnamon Donuts | One Pot Chef



Oven Baked Cinnamon Donuts is a new version of the classic donut, without the hassle of deep frying! Flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla yoghurt are combined and baked until golden brown. Dipped in cinnamon sugar, these gorgeous baked donuts are just like the original, but so much quicker and easier to make - give it a try today!

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Plain All Purpose Flour
3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon of Baking Soda (aka Bicarb Soda)
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of Vanilla Yoghurt
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Optional:
100g of Butter (melted)
1 Cup of White Sugar + 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon (to make Cinnamon Sugar)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Baking Time: About 10 minutes

MAKES 10 - 12 DONUTS (depending on size)
