Creamy Chicken and Leek Fettuccine - RECIPE

Creamy Chicken and Leek Fettuccine is a delicious main meal, perfect for weeknight after work. Chicken is combined with leek and broccolini in a creamy parmesan sauce - give it a go!

500g Chicken Breast Fillet (sliced into small pieces)
1 Leek (pale section only, thinly sliced)
500g Fettuccine (cooked as per packet directions)
1 1/2 Cups of Cream (or 375ml Can of Evaporated Milk)
1 Bunch of Broccolini (about 200g)
1/4 Cup of Freshly Chopped Parsley
1/2 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese (plus extra for garnish)
Salt and Pepper

Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge - RECIPE



ONE POT CHEF COOKBOOKS ON iTUNES BOOKSTORE:

Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge is a wonderfully simple fudge recipe. Condensed Milk is combined with cream, peanut butter and vanilla to create a thick mixture. Poured into a pan and frozen until firm, this fudge is perfect as a stand alone treat, or chopped up and served mixed into ice cream - give it a go!

2 x 400g Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Whipping Cream
100g of Regular Butter
3/4 Cup of Smooth Peanut Butter (or use Crunchy for a more textured fudge)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Parmesan Cous Cous Crusted Chicken Strips is a quick and easy to prepare chicken dish. Chicken Tenderloins are coated in a seasoned mixture of cous cous and grated Parmesan cheese. Oven baked, the result is deliciously crunchy chicken strips with a wonderfully cheesy flavour - give it a go!

Spider Web Chocolate Tarts - HALLOWEEN RECIPE

Spider Web Chocolate Tarts is a spooky little treat, perfect for Halloween parties. A cookie crumb base is topped with a rich chocolate filling, then decorated with a frosting spider web. Only 5 ingredients and no baking required - give it a go!
