Beef and Mushroom Hand Pies | One Pot Chef




Beef and Mushroom Hand Pies are quick and easy to make, and a great portable snack! Beef is combined with mushrooms, herbs and spices, then enclosed in an envelope of puff pastry. Baked until golden and puffed, these hand pies can be served hot or cold, as a snack or teamed with vegetables or salad to make a complete main dish - Try it today :)

Ingredients:

500g of Beef Mince
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
3 Spring Onions (finely sliced)
6 Button Mushrooms (finely chopped)
2 Teaspoons of Dried Thyme Leaves
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup of Fresh Breadcrumbs (about 1 slice of regular sandwich bread)
Salt and Pepper
4 Sheets of Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed)
1 Egg (lightly beaten)

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes (plus cooling time)
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes

Christmas Ham and Cheese Pies | One Pot Chef



My Christmas Ham and Cheese Pies are great for Christmas parties or using up leftovers after Christmas. Puff Pastry is cut into circles and filled with shaved ham, chopped Brie cheese and a little cranberry sauce. Baked until golden and puffed, these wonderful pies are best served warm. Easy to make, budget friendly and perfect for those will only a little bit of time for baking this holiday season - Try it today :)

Ingredients:

4 Sheets of Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed)
100g of Thinly Sliced or Shaved Ham (I used Honey Ham)
200g of Brie (rind removed, chopped into small chunks)
3 to 4 Tablespoons of Cranberry Sauce / Jelly
1 Egg (Beaten)
Spray Oil (for greasing muffin pan)

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes 
Cooking Time: About 20 to 25 minutes

Cheater’s Mini Apple Pies | One Pot Chef



Cheater’s Mini Apple Pies is a no-fuss, simplified version of the classic dessert! Pie apples are combined with brown sugar and cinnamon, then baked in an envelope of puff pastry. Topped with cinnamon sugar, these gorgeous little pies can be served hot or cold, or even frozen for later use - give it a try today!

Ingredients:

3 Sheets of Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed)
800g Can of Pie Apples
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons of Cinnamon Sugar

Fruit Mince Pies - CHRISTMAS RECIPE



Fruit Mince Pies are a traditional festive treat and an essential for any Christmas celebration. Dried Fruit is combined with brandy, brown sugar, citrus zest and grated apple.
