One Pot Cheesy Beef and Bacon Pasta | One Pot Chef




My One Pot Cheesy Beef and Bacon Pasta is a wonderful mid-week family dinner dish, featuring minimal prep work and little washing up! It’s really as a simple as popping everything in the pot, a little bit of stirring then letting it cook itself. The flavours of the cheese, bacon, onion, garlic and beef make this a classic dish the whole family will enjoy. Serve with a side salad or some mixed vegetables - Try it today :)

Ingredients:

500g of Beef Mince
1 Litre (4 Cups) of Beef Stock6 Slices of Bacon (chopped)
1 Small Brown Onion (chopped)
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (about 2 Teaspoons)
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
500g of Dry Pasta (I used Fusilli / Small Spirals)
1/2 Cup of Milk
3 Cups of Grated Cheese (I used Cheddar)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes 
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes

SERVES 4 to 6 (depending on serving size)

Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Chicken | One Pot Chef



Creamy Bacon and Mushroom Chicken is an easy weeknight dinner dish that only requires a little chopping and stirring! Onion, garlic, bacon and chicken breast pieces are combined with mushrooms, zucchini, mustard and cream. Served over rice, pasta or with mixed vegetables, this delicious and flavoursome meal is simple to prepare and destined to become a new family favourite - Try it today :)

Ingredients:

500g of Chicken Breast Fillets (chopped into bite sized pieces)
1 Brown Onion (finely chopped)
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic (about 2 teaspoons)
2 Slices of Middle Rasher Bacon (chopped)
2 Zucchini (chopped)
200g of Button Mushrooms (finely chopped)
1 Tablespoon of Mild Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Cups of Cream (whipping cream or pouring cream will be fine)
Pasta or Rice (to serve)
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes 
Cooking Time: About 35 minutes

3 Ingredient Macaroni and Cheese | One Pot Chef



Made all in one pan, this fabulous 3 Ingredient Macaroni and Cheese is easy to make, is bursting with a big cheesy flavour and only one pan to wash up! Milk is boiled then used to cook the macaroni, then a big dose of Red Leicester ultra sharp Cheddar Cheese is mixed in to make a glorious thick cheese sauce, Adults and kids will love this simple but delicious version of the classic childhood favourite - Try it today :)

Ingredients:

5 Cups of Milk
500g Bag of Dry Macaroni Pasta
2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese (about 200g, I used Red Leicester)
Salt and Pepper (for seasoning, optional)

Ultimate Creamy Pasta Salad | One Pot Chef



My Ultimate Creamy Pasta Salad is an amazing side dish, suitable for parties, barbecues, pot lucks or just as an everyday side dish! Pasta is combined with a delicious dressing, crispy bacon, corn and more! Quick and easy to prepare, the whole family will love it! Try it today :)

Ingredients:

400g of Small Pasta (I used Shells, cooked following packet instructions)
1 Cup of Diced Bacon
4 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
2 Small Carrots (grated)
2 x 125g Cans of Sweet Corn (drained)
2/3 Cup of Garlic Aioli (or Whole Egg Mayo)
1/3 Cup of Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 20 minutes (plus chilling time)
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes

Easy Chicken Alfredo Pasta | One Pot Chef



This easy version of Chicken Alfredo Pasta is perfect for quick weeknight dinners, or whenever you need a satisfying creamy pasta dish! Chicken is browned and added to pasta and a delicious home made Alfredo sauce made from fresh cream, butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Try it today :)

Ingredients:

500g of Pasta (cooked using packet directions)
2 Large Chicken Breast Fillets (slice in half lengthways)
Olive Oil
30g of Butter
3-4 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (about 3 Teaspoons)
400ml of Whipping Cream (about 1 1/2 Cups)
1/2 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup of reserved cooking water from pasta
Freshly Chopped Parsley
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes

Tuna Macaroni Bake is an awesome, budget friendly main meal that is very easy to prepare. Tuna and vegetables are added to tender cooked macaroni then smothered in a delicious cheese sauce. This is my version of Spaghetti Puttanesca, an Italian classic. Tomatoes, chilli, basil, olives and anchovies are combined to make a delicious sauce, then tossed through tender spaghetti. Served with some garlic bread and a side salad, this is a brilliantly simple weeknight dinner - give it a go!

Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad - RECIPE

Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad is a sensational fresh salad, perfect for parties, barbecues or an easy weekend dinner or lunch. Pasta is cooked and combined with store-bought pesto sauce, then anointed with fresh juicy chicken, tomatoes, parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Very impressive, but very simple, this salad will become an instant family favourite - Give it a go!
