Rich Chocolate Mousse

Rich Chocolate Mousse is a delicious, decadent dessert. Dark Chocolate and Butter and melted together and combined with egg yolks and fluffy meringue to create a thick, velvet mousse. Perfect for dinner parties, special occasions, a romantic meal on St Valentines Day or as a special treat for yourself - it's the ultimate in chocoholic delights!

300g Dark Semi-Sweet Chocolate
125g Butter (Unsalted is best)
4 Eggs (Separated)
2 Tablespoons of White Caster Sugar

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

500g Beef Steak (Diced Small)
6 Shortcut Rindless Bacon Slices, Diced (optional)
1 Cup (250g) of Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to season)
3 Large Potatoes (Washed, Peeled, Diced)
1 Large Carrot (Washed, Peeled, Diced)
1 Large Brown Onion (Peeled and Chopped)
1-2 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed, about 2 Teaspoons)
4 Cups of Liquid Beef Stock
1 Teaspoon of Cornflour (mixed in some hot water)

Serves 6 - 8

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 - 6 Hours (on LOW) or 2 -3 Hours (on HIGH)

Banana Bread (Easy Loaf / Cake)

Banana Bread is a simple baking classic. Ripe Bananas are combined with flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and eggs and baked until golden and moist. Delicious as a snack, sliced and spread with butter - this is a taste of the cafe without the excessive cost - give it a go!
