Banoffee Mess | One Pot Chef

Chicken Wellington | One Pot Chef

2 Ingredient Soda Cupcakes - RECIPE

2 Ingredient Soda Cupcakes are a ridiculously easy cheater’s recipe - perfect for last minute bake sales or for those who just want some cupcakes super fast! Ordinary store bought cake mix is combined with your favourite soft drink (soda / pop) and baked until soft and fluffy. Easy and quick, anyone can make these - give it a go!

340g Packet of Store Bought Cake Mix (I used Vanilla)
375ml (1 1/2 Cups) Can of Soft Drink (I used Watermelon Fanta)

OPTIONAL: Add a marshmallow on top of each cupcake towards the end of cooking to make a simple melted marshmallow topping :)

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20-25 minutes

Quick and Easy Thai Green Curry - RECIPE

Quick and Easy Thai Green Curry is a simplified version of the Thai classic that can be made in around 20 minutes. A rich creamy sauce is combined with a mixture of fresh vegetables and your choice of meat, then stir fried until fragrant and ready to eat! Quick enough to make on weeknights and easy enough to make on a regular basis, this dish will save you having to order take out - give it a go!

2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Fish Sauce
Boiled Rice or Noodles (to serve - optional)
