INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

Schnitzels:

2 Small Veal Steaks
1 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Cup of Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese (Powdered Shaker-Style)
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Milk
Salt and Pepper
Butter (for frying, or use vegetable oil)

Creamy Mushroom Sauce:

1 Cup of Button Mushrooms (Sliced Thinly)
Butter (for frying)
2 (Large) Tablespoons of Sour Cream
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper (to season)

Makes 2 Schnitzels with Sauce

Preparation Time: 10 minutes (+ 20 minutes Chilling Time)
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes

Easy Chocolate Pie

Easy Chocolate Pie is a dessert that is gorgeous enough for a dinner party, but easy enough to make any day of the week - even at short notice! Cream and Chocolate are combined to create a rich, decadent ganache filling. Topped with flakes of milk chocolate - you'll never believe how easy it is to dress up a simple frozen pie crust! 60g Cold Butter (Chopped)
Salt and Pepper (to season)
2/3 Cup of Milk (plus extra if needed)

150g Shredded Shaved Ham
1/2 Cup of Tomato Pasta Sauce
