Chocolate Tim Tam Smoothies

Chocolate Tim Tam Smoothies are a delicious cool treat - perfect for summer! Tim Tams cookies are blended with ice cream, chocolate, coffee and milk to create a frothy, chilled delight that will satisfy any chocoholic. Give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

4 Tim Tam Biscuits (or other Chocolate Cookies, crushed)
2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Teaspoons of Drinking Chocolate Powder (aka Milk Flavoring)
1 Teaspoons of Instant Coffee (dissolved in a little water, optional)
3 Cups of Milk


Serves 4

Preparation Time: 1 - 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes

Sloppy Joes

Sloppy Joes are an American classic. Beef is cooked with onion, bell pepper and spices to create a delicious filling for a lightly toasted hamburger bun. Serve with cheese and additional tomato ketchup if desired. This dinner winner will please both children and adults alike. Give it a go!

500g Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
1 Brown Onion (Peeled and Chopped)
1 Green Capsicum / Bell Pepper (Seeds Removed, Diced)
1/2 Cup (125ml) of Tomato Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of Cold Water
6 Hamburger Buns (Lightly Toasted)
Sliced Cheese


Makes 6 Sloppy Joes

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Chocolate Fudge Bars

Chocolate Fudge Bars are a quick and simple sweet treat. Cocoa, Flour and Coconut are combined to form a soft, moist base. Topped with a delicious Chocolate Frosting, this wicked little baked item will not last long! Perfect for an afternoon snack or a school bake sale, it's a guaranteed hit. Give it a go!

BASE:

1 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Cup of Coconut
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
200g of Butter (melted)

TOPPING:

50g of Butter (melted)
1 Cup of Icing Sugar (aka Powdered Sugar)
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Hot Water


Makes 18 Chocolate Fudge Bars

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
