Aussie Makes S’mores for the 1st Time | One Pot Chef

S’mores are a sweet treat that are well known and loved within the United States, however they are not so well known in other parts of the world. Here in Australia, they are virtually unknown. So when I saw a “S’mores Kit” at my local supermarket, I knew I had to give it a go!

Easy Honey Soy Chicken | One Pot Chef



ONE POT CHEF COOKBOOKS - PAPERBACKS AND EBOOKS:

Easy Honey Soy Chicken is a simply but tasty dish that is bursting with flavour. Honey and dark soy sauce is combined to make a sweet, salty, sticky marinade, then glazed over fresh chicken pieces. Wonderful pan fried, grilled, barbecued or oven baked, this family favourite is always a smash hit - give it a go!

INGREDIENT LIST:

6 Chicken Wings (you can also use drumsticks, thighs, breast fillets etc)
2 Tablespoons of Honey
2 Tablespoons of Dark Soy Sauce

NOTE: If using breast or thigh fillets, chop them up into even chunks to ensure even cooking ;)

Preparation Time: About 5 minutes (plus at least 30 minutes marinating time)
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes

Easy Beef Hot Pot | One Pot Chef



ONE POT CHEF COOKBOOKS - PAPERBACKS AND EBOOKS:

My Easy Beef Hot Pot is a wonderfully quick weeknight main meal that can be made in around 30 minutes! Chunks of beef are browned and combined with onion, garlic, carrots and tomatoes, then simmered until tender and bursting with flavour. Served with potatoes and mixed veg, this classic hot pot recipe will become a regular “must make” at your house - give it a go!

1kg of Beef (cut into chunks)
Olive Oil
2 Small Brown Onions
2 Large Carrots
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
400g Can of Dice Tomatoes
1/4 Cup of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup of Water
1 Tablespoon of Freshly Chopped Thyme
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes

Light & Tangy Pasta Salad | One Pot Chef

This Light & Tangy Pasta Salad is so simply to throw together, and can be served as either a side dish or a main meal. Cooked pasta is cooled and combined with tomato, celery, spring onions, shredded chicken and a light, tangy dressing. Easy to make and perfect for feeding a crowd, this recipe will become a quick favourite at your place - give it a go!

250g of Pasta (cooked following packet directions)
250g of Cherry Tomatoes
3 Sticks of Celery (diced)
3 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese 
1/3 Cup of Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon (about 1/4 Cup)
Salt and Pepper
OPTIONAL: 1/2 Barbecued Chicken (meat stripped and shredded)

Preparation Time: About 20 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
