Crumbed Chicken Snackies

Crumbed Chicken Snackies are a great way to use up leftover roast chicken meat. The chicken is mixed in a food processor with herbs, spices, eggs and breadcrumbs to form a soft chicken patty mix. They are crumbed and shallow fried to create a delicious treat suitable for a quick snack or as part of a main meal. Give it a go :)

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

2 Cups of Roasted Chicken Meat (stripped off the chicken)
1 Cup of Dry Breadcrumbs (plus extra for crumb coating)
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Mixed Dried Herbs
Salt and Pepper (to season)
2 Eggs (plus 2 extra, beaten and mixed with a little milk)
1 Cup of Flour

Makes about 16

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
