Parma Ham Parcels | One Pot Chef

Parma Ham Parcels are a quick to make snack, perfect to serve with Christmas drinks. Thin slices of Parma Ham are stuffed with prunes and ricotta cheese, then rolled up into little bundles. A variation on the retro classic “Devils on Horseback” this simple nibble can be made ahead of time or as required - give it a go!

10 Pitted Prunes

Crab Cakes - RECIPE



Crab Cakes are the perfect finger food for parties or social occasions. Crab meat is combined with egg, mustard, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Formed into patties and fried until lightly golden, these little treats will be snapped up fast - give it a go!

Pizza Pops - RECIPE



Pizza Pops are an amazing snack food, perfect for kids parties. A simple but delicious pizza dough is topped with your favorite toppings and baked until golden and puffed. The mini pizzas are then threaded onto skewers and served like lolly pops - give it a go!

Deviled Eggs - RECIPE



Deviled Eggs are a simple party snack that everyone will love. Boiled eggs are shelled and halved. The yolks are mashed and combined with mustard, mayonnaise and lightly seasoned. Sprinkled with paprika and served in the boiled egg, these delicious little bites will not last! Give it a go!

Mini Sausage Rolls

Mini Sausage Rolls are the perfect finger food for your next party. Sausage meat, onion, carrot, herbs and spices are combined and enveloped in a layer of flakey puff pastry. Delicious on their own or with your favourite dipping sauce. Give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1kg Sausage Mince
4 Sheets of Frozen Puff Pastry
1 Brown Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Carrot (Grated)
1 1/4 Cups of Fresh Bread Crumbs (About 3 Slices of Bread)
1 Egg (Beaten with a little water added)
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)
1 Tablespoon of Mixed Dried Italian Herbs
Salt and Pepper (to season)


Makes about 40 Mini Sausage Rolls

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes per tray
