Baby Banana Breads | One Pot Chef

Baby Banana Breads are a delicious miniaturised version of the cafe classic. Perfect for lunchbox treats or after school snacking, these little loaves are packed with fruit, muesli and flavour! Quick to prepare, you can make a big batch and freeze some for later - give it a go!

INGREDIENT LIST:

2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
3/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup of Muesli / Granola (or plain rolled oats if preferred)
2 Large Bananas (mashed, over ripe is best)
1/2 Cup of Milk
3 Eggs (lightly beaten)
150g of Butter (melted)

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Baking Time: About 20 - 25 minutes (mini loaves) or 50 minutes (standard loaf)

MAKES 8 MINI LOAVES or 1 STANDARD LOAF

Rainbow Loaf Cake - RECIPE

Rainbow Loaf Cake is a simple to prepare treat, perfect for kid’s parties. It’s the cake version of “Fairy Bread” — flour, coconut, butter, sugar and eggs are combined to make a batter. 100’s and 1000’s are stirred through and used to top the cake. Baked until golden and fluffy, this gorgeous cake will have the kids and adults fighting for another slice - give it a go!

Dad’s Sausage Loaf - CHRISTMAS RECIPE

Meatloaf - RECIPE

Meatloaf is a good old fashioned main meal that the entire family will love. Minced beef is combined with egg, herbs, spices and breadcrumbs to become a beautiful savoury loaf. With some boiled eggs in the centre, this dish is simply delicious and easy to prepare. Serve with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables - Give it a go!
