Parma Ham Parcels | One Pot Chef



ONE POT CHEF COOKBOOKS - PAPERBACKS AND EBOOKS:

Parma Ham Parcels are a quick to make snack, perfect to serve with Christmas drinks. Thin slices of Parma Ham are stuffed with prunes and ricotta cheese, then rolled up into little bundles. A variation on the retro classic “Devils on Horseback” this simple nibble can be made ahead of time or as required - give it a go!

10 Pitted Prunes 
Ricotta Cheese

NOTE: Try other cheeses (like cream cheese, brie, camembert) and other fruits (fresh honeydew melon or cantaloupe)
