Creamy Corn Dip Cob Loaf - RECIPE

The bread pieces are used for dipping, then the bread bowl itself is eaten - it’s the ultimate in self-cleaning party food! No mess, no fuss. Just fun food to share with your friends - give it a go!

1 Large Cob Loaf (or similar crusty bread)
500g of Sour Cream (or soft cream cheese)
40g Packet of Dried French Onion Soup Mix
3 Spring Onions / Shallots (chopped)
250g Jar of Corn Relish
Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Optional: Extra Crackers or Vegetable Sticks (for dipping)


Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
