INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

Cake:

2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream (about 150g)
1/3 Cup of Strong Freshly Brewed Coffee
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
3 Eggs

Frosting:

250g Philadelphia-Style Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 Cup of Icing Sugar (aka Powdered Sugar or Confectioners Sugar)
2 Teaspoons of Instant Coffee Powder (dissolved in a little warm water)

Preparation Time:  20 minutes
Cooking Time:  45 minutes

SERVES 8

Rich Chocolate Mousse

Rich Chocolate Mousse is a delicious, decadent dessert. Dark Chocolate and Butter and melted together and combined with egg yolks and fluffy meringue to create a thick, velvet mousse. Perfect for dinner parties, special occasions, a romantic meal on St Valentines Day or as a special treat for yourself - it's the ultimate in chocoholic delights!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

300g Dark Semi-Sweet Chocolate
125g Butter (Unsalted is best)
4 Eggs (Separated)
2 Tablespoons of White Caster Sugar

Serves 4

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Chilling Time: 4 hours (or overnight)
