Cinnamon Scrolls - RECIPE
Cinnamon Scrolls are a delicious baked treat. Freshly made dough is rolled out and smothered in a mixture of butter, sugar and ground cinnamon. Rolled up and sliced up, our scrolls are lovingly baked until golden brown. You won't believe how good these smell (and taste!) Give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
DOUGH:
3 Cups of Plain Flour
1/4 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar) + 1 Tablespoon for Yeast
7g Sachet of Dried Yeast
1/4 Cup of Warm Water
3/4 Cup of Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract / Essence
50g Butter (melted)
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
FILLING:
100g Butter (very soft)
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of Caster Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Ground Cinnamon
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes + Rising Time
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
MAKES ABOUT 16 SCROLLS
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
