Banana Muffins - RECIPE
Banana Muffins are a delicious baked snack - perfect for lunch boxes or rainy day cooking. Mashed, over ripe bananas are combined with flour, sugar and vanilla and lovingly baked to create a quick baked snack that everyone will adore - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
2 Large Mashed Bananas (over ripe is best)
2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
1/2 Cup of Castor Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Cup of Milk (250ml)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract or Essence
Pinch of Salt
100g Butter (melted)
1 Egg
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes
