Salmon Rice Bake - RECIPE
Salmon Rice Bake is a wonderful mid-week main meal that can be made with a handful of basic ingredients. Cooked rice is combined with pink salmon, cream of mushroom soup, onions, peas and cheese. Topped with croutons and baked until golden, this speedy dinner will be a smash hit - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
2 Cups of Cooked Rice
400g Can of Pink Salmon (drained and flaked)
400g Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (or similar soup)
2 Cups of Frozen Peas
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 Brown Onion (peeled and diced)
4 Sliced of Stale Bread (crusts removed, diced)
50g of Butter (melted)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
SERVES 4 - 6
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
