Home Made Poptarts - RECIPE



This in an oven-baked version of the classic toaster pastries. A rich fruity filling is enveloped in puff pastry and baked until golden and flaky. Drizzled with a delicious lemon frosting, these home made Pop Tarts will keep everyone happy - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

2 Sheets of Frozen Ready Rolled Puff Pastry (thawed)
250g of Jam (about 1/2 a jar)
1 Tablespoon of Corn Flour (Corn Starch)
Water
Milk
3 Tablespoons of Icing Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
2-3 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice

Preparation Time:  About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
