Home Made Chocolate Ice Cream - RECIPE



Home Made Chocolate Ice Cream is a simple recipe for ice cream that does not require an ice cream maker or churning. Three simple ingredients are combined with an electric hand mixer then frozen until firm. Easy enough for everyday use, but impressive enough for parties, you'll love how easy this is to make - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

300g of Chocolate (Melted)
600ml of Cream (any cream suitable for whipping will do)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk


MAKES ABOUT 1.5 LITRES

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Freezing Time: About 6 hours

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
