125g of Butter (chilled and cut into cubes)
1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
3/4 Cup of Corn Flour (aka Corn Starch)
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons of Milk
410g of Fruit Mince (or make your own)
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes (plus chilling time)
Cooking Time: About 35 minutes
