Blueberry Muffins - RECIPE

Blueberry Muffins are a perfect mid-morning snack to keep your energy levels up. Loaded with fresh Blueberries, these tasty little treats are packed with antioxidants and energy to keep you going until lunch - Give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

125g of Fresh Blueberries (about 1 punnet)
125g of Butter (Melted)
2 Eggs (Lightly Beaten)
2 Cups of Self-Raising Flour
1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1/2 Cup of Milk (125ml)


MAKES 12 MUFFINS

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
