Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli | One Pot Chef

Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli is a simple, flavor-packed crock pot version of the Chinese restaurant classic. Beef strips are combined with a delicious sauce and fresh broccoli, then slow cooked until tender. Serve with rice, noodles, or by itself. This amazing dish is so easy, you can make it all the time - give it a go!

INGREDIENT LIST:

700g of Lean Beef Steak (cut into thin strips)
1 Large Head of Broccoli (trimmed, broken in to florets)
1 Cup of Beef Stock
1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup of Oyster Sauce
1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
2 Cloves of Mince Garlic (about 2 Teaspoons)
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons of Corn Flour (Corn Starch)
3 Tablespoons of Water
Rice or Noodles (to serve, optional)

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes 
Cooking Time: 2.5 hours on HIGH setting or 4-5 hours on LOW setting

SERVES 4
