Crunchy Chicken Salad Subs - RECIPE

Crunchy Chicken Salad Subs is an easy to make lunch dish, perfect for sharing with friends. Chicken is gently poached, then shredded and mixed with celery, walnuts, chives and a creamy dressing. Served on freshly baked sub rolls with your favourite salad items, these are guaranteed to keep everyone happy - give it a go!

2 Small Chicken Breasts (about 500g)
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons of Freshly Chopped Chives
2 Tablespoons of Chopped Walnuts
2 Stalks of Celery (finely diced)
Sub Rolls (or other bread)
Lettuce or other salad


Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 minutes
