Passionfruit Coconut Pie - RECIPE
Passionfruit Coconut Pie is a magical, no-fuss dessert that takes only moments of prep work. Flour, sugar, coconut, eggs and passionfruit pulp are combined and poured into a pie plate. Baked until golden and firm, this simple yet impressive pie can be served hot or cold - give it a go!

1/2 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 Cup of Desiccated Coconut
4 Eggs
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups of Milk
75g of Butter (melted)
170g Can of Passionfruit Pulp
Icing Sugar (for dusting)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 1 hour
SERVES 8
