Easy Banana Jam - RECIPE
Easy Banana Jam is a delicious fruit preserve that anyone can make. Fresh bananas are combined with lime juice, sugar and water then boiled until thick. Poured into a sterilised jar and sealed, this jam will keep in the cupboard unopened for up to 3 months, or opened for up to a week - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
8 Large Bananas (peeled and diced)
1/4 Cup of Lime Juice (about 2 small limes)
2 1/4 Cups of White Sugar
1/2 Cup of Water
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
MAKES ABOUT 1 LITRE OF BANANA JAM
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
