Butter Chicken - RECIPE
This simplified "pantry" version of Butter Chicken is great for a quick, no fuss dinner. Chicken Thigh Fillets are chopped and fried in butter, then combined with onions, curry powder and the secret ingredient… Tomato Soup! Quick to prepare and very tasty, this meal will become a family favourite in no time - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
1Kg of Chicken Thick Fillets (chopped)
1 Brown Onion (roughly chopped)
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1/4 Cup of Curry Powder (reduce by half for a milder flavor)
2 x 400g Cans of Tomato Soup (ready to eat or concentrated will do)
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
Rice (to serve)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes
SERVES 4 - 6
