One Pot Beef Mince Curry | One Pot Chef



Get dinner ready in no time with this simple curry recipe. Beef mince is combined with vegetables, spices, chickpeas and more to create a delicious family-friendly meal that everyone will enjoy. Try it today :)

Ingredients:

1kg of Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
2 Small Brown Onions (peeled and sliced)
3 Small Carrots (peeled and sliced)
1 Banana (mashed)
Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon of Mild Curry Powder
2 Teaspoons of Crushed Ginger
1 Small Red Chilli (optional)
400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
400g Can of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
Salt and Pepper

Serve with rice, noodles, mixed vegetables or by itself!

Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
