Chia Seed Mixed Berry Puddings is a delicious way to try the popular new super food, Chia Seeds. This recipe is low carb, protein rich, gluten free, dairy free, vegan friendly and packed full of potassium, zinc, antioxidants and omega 3. It’s healthy, but it also tastes amazing and is easily adapted to suit your own personal taste - give it a go!

270ml Can of Coconut Cream + a can-full of water
1 Cup of Almond Milk or Soy Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup (or use honey, golden syrup, agave or similar sweetener)
3/4 Cup of Black Chia Seeds
Mixed Berries (I used 500g of Strawberries and 125g of Blueberries)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes (plus standing and chilling time)
