Cheese and Herb Damper is a wonderful Aussie-style bread, perfect for serving with a hearty main meal. Flour is combined with cheese, mixed herbs, milk and butter. Shaped into a loaf and baked until golden, this delicious “soda bread” style loaf is easy to make and even easier to eat - give it a go!

2 Cups of Plain Flour
2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 Pinch of Salt
60g of Butter
1 Cup of Milk
1/4 Cup of Water
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheese
1-2 Tablespoons of Mixed Dried Herbs (I used Italian Mix)
