INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

250g of Plain Sweet Cookies (crushed)
100g of Butter (melted)
500g of Cream Cheese (2 Packets)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Juice and Zest of 1 Large Lemon

Preparation Time:  About 10 minutes
Chilling Time: Minimum 6 hours

SERVES 8
