Sticky Date Self-Saucing Toffee Pudding - RECIPE

Sticky Date Self-Saucing Toffee Pudding is a twist on the classic dessert. INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

PUDDING:

1 Cup of Dried Pitted Dates (chopped)
Boiling Water
1 1/4 Cups of Self Raising Flour
2/3 Cups of Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup of Milk
50g Butter (melted)
1 Teaspoon of Mixed Spice

SAUCE:

25g of Butter (chopped)
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Boiling Water

SERVES 6-8

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Chilling Time: About 10 minutes
