White Chocolate Macadamia Blondies - RECIPE
White Chocolate Macadamia Blondies are a rich, decadent baked treat for those with a very sweet tooth. White Chocolate is combined with eggs, flour, sugar and chopped macadamia nuts, then baked until golden. These soft, moist little nuggets of goodness are simply divine - give it a go!

300g of White Chocolate
75g of Butter
3 Eggs
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1 1/3 Cups of Self Raising Flour
1 Cup of White Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup of Chopped Macadamia Nuts
Icing Sugar (for dusting)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes + Cooling Time
MAKES ABOUT 20 BLONDIES
