Ultimate No Bake Chocolate Pie | One Pot Chef

Ultimate No Bake Chocolate Pie is my over-the-top, easy to make dessert featuring rich cream and dark chocolate. With a crisp cookie pie crust and velvet-smooth chocolate filling, this no-fuss pie is the ultimate in chocolate decadence - give it a go!

INGREDIENT LIST:

350g of Dark Chocolate (or Milk Chocolate if preferred)
1 1/2 Cups of Whipping Cream
250g of Plain Chocolate Cookies (crushed)
100g of Butter (melted)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup of Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar (sifted)

Preparation Time: About 20 minutes (plus approx. 8 hours chilling time)

SERVES 8

Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Potatoes | One Pot Chef

Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Potatoes is an easy to make side dish that is perfect for when you need to feed a crowd. Potatoes are chopped and smothered in oil infused with garlic, herbs and spices. Topped with parmesan cheese and slow cooked until tender, this dish is beautifully flavoured and is an ideal accompaniment to any holiday meal - give it a go!

INGREDIENT LIST:

1.5 kg of Small Red Potatoes, quartered (about 3 lbs)
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Dried Thyme
1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
3 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1/4 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes 
Cooking Time: About 3 hours on HIGH setting

Note: If the potatoes are still a little crisp after 3 hours, reduce to LOW setting, replace the lid and allow the potatoes to cook for another hour or until cooked to your liking :)

SERVES 6 - 8 (as a side dish)
