125g Can of Sweet Corn Kernels (drained)
1 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
Salt (to taste)
2 Cups of Grated Cheddar Cheese


Preparation Time:  About 20 minutes
Cooking Time:  About 30 minutes

Cooking Time: About 30 minutes

Sweet Potato Pie - DESSERT RECIPE

Sweet Potato Pie is an American dessert classic. Personally I had never tried it before making this video, but I got so many requests for it I decided to give it a go. A smooth, rich pie filling made with steamed Sweet Potato, butter, eggs and cinnamon. A delicious home made shortcrust pastry pie crust, and everything drizzled in melted dark chocolate - give it a go!

1 Egg Yolk
3 Tablespoons of Chilled Water

Filling:

1kg of Sweet Potato (peeled, diced and steamed until tender)
20g of Butter
1/3 Cup of Orange Juice
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon
3 Eggs

Optional: Drizzle finished pies with melted dark chocolate!


Preparation Time:  About 40 minutes
Cooking Time: About 40 minutes
