Home Made English Muffins - RECIPE
Home Made English Muffins are a delicious baked item, perfect for breakfast. Soft dough is dusted with corn meal and baked until golden. Split in half and toasted, these muffins are gorgeous buttered with your favourite jam - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
7g Sachet of Dried Yeast
2 Cups of Warm Water
100g of Butter (melted)
1 Tablespoon of White Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Salt
6 Cups of Plain Flour
Corn Meal / Polenta (for dusting)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes + Resting Time
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes per tray
MAKES ABOUT 20 MUFFINS
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
