Creamy Egg Nog - CHRISTMAS RECIPE
Creamy Egg Nog is a traditional Christmas drink made with fresh eggs, milk, cream and a little bit of brandy. Lightly spiced with seasonal spices, this delicious drink can be served warm or chilled, with or without alcohol - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
6 Eggs (separated)
1/3 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1/2 Teaspoon of Nutmeg
1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
3 Cups of Milk (hot)
1 Cup of Cream
1 Cup of Brandy or Your Favourite Liqueur (optional)
Extra Nutmeg (for dusting)
Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
SERVES 6 - 8
