Fast Berry Ice Cream (Made in a Blender) - RECIPE
This quick berry ice cream is made in minutes and ready to serve in about 3 hours! Frozen berries, yoghurt and honey are combined in the blender until smooth, then frozen until firm. Served by itself or with fresh fruit and whipped cream, this refreshing and simple dessert will become a fast favourite in your house - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g of Frozen Berries (I used Raspberries)
500g of Fruity Yoghurt (I used Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt)
1-2 Tablespoons of Honey (to taste)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Chilling Time: About 3 hours
SERVES 4 - 6
NOTE: If your ice cream becomes too hard in the freezer, allow it to sit out on the kitchen counter and it will soften ;)
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
