Apple Cinnamon Turnovers - RECIPE
Apple Cinnamon Turnovers are a simple pastry treat that take only minutes to prepare. Apples are combined with sugar and cinnamon, then enveloped in shortcrust pastry then baked until golden. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for a delicious warming dessert - give it a go!

400g Can of Pie Apples
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
MAKES ABOUT 30 TURNOVERS
