Mac and Cheese (in 30 Minutes) - RECIPE
Mac and Cheese is a main dish that is loved all over the world. Freshly cooked pasta is combined with a delicious creamy cheese sauce and topped with melted cheese. Best of all, it can be made in around thirty minutes. You'll never go back to the packet stuff again - Give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g Pack of Macaroni (or other pasta)
1 Litre of Milk (4 Cups)
60g Butter
1/3 Cup of Plain Flour
1 Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper (to season)
Plus extra cheese for topping (if baking)
Preparation Time: About 5 mins
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
Serves 4 - 6
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
