Anzac Biscuits

Anzac Biscuits are a delicious traditional cookie made in Australia and New Zealand during the month of April, in time for ANZAC Day. Rolled Oats, Coconut and Flour are combined with Golden Syrup, Butter and Sugar to create a fantastic, crunchy biscuit. Don't buy those awful biscuits from the shop - use this easy recipe to make your own - you'll love them!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup Plain Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Coconut
125g Butter
2 Tablespoons of Golden Syrup
1 Tablespoon of Boiling Water
1/2 Teaspoon of Bicarbonate of Soda

MAKES ABOUT 20


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
