One of my friends posted this on Facebook last week and I've already made them twice. My four year old son took one bite and said "Mommy, you have got to make these again!" Easy to make, easy to customize (next time I think I'm going to put flour tortillas in the muffin cups first to make little bowls), and delicious. Thanks!
