Pea and Pesto Soup - RECIPE
Pea and Pesto Soup is an amazingly quick and delicious recipe that can be made in a matter of minutes. Frozen peas are boiled with spring onions, lemon juice and salt, then blended with basil pesto sauce. Served in a mug or soup bowl, this dish is quick, easy and very satisfying - give it a go!

1 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Cups (350g) of Frozen Peas
2 Spring Onions / Shallots (trimmed and chopped roughly)
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
3-4 Tablespoons of Basil Pesto Sauce
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 5 minutes
