Sweet Cinnamon French Toast - RECIPE
Sweet Cinnamon French Toast is delicious served as a dessert to for breakfast. Bread is dipped in a sweet egg mixture and lightly fried in butter. Sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and served with fresh berries and yoghurt, this amazing dish will become a quick family favourite - give it a go!

4 Slices of White Sandwich Bread
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Sugar + 2-3 Tablespoons extra
3/4 Cup of Milk
30g Butter
2 Teaspoons of Ground Cinnamon
Fresh Fruit (to serve)
Vanilla Yoghurt or Whipped Cream (to serve)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 2 minutes per batch
