1kg of Potatoes (washed, unpeeled and sliced into wedges)
1/4 Cup of Light Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Mild Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon of Chilli Powder (add more if you want more spice!)
Salt (to season)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 45 minutes
