Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding - RECIPE
Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding is an old fashioned baked dessert guaranteed to satisfy the whole family. A soft, spongy cake covers a layer of thick chocolate sauce. Served warm, this is perfect for cold winter nights - give it a go!

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
PUDDING:
1 1/2 Cups of Self Raising Flour
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
50g of Butter (melted)
1 Egg
1 Cup of Milk
SAUCE:
1 1/2 Cups of Boiling Water
1/2 Cup of Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes
SERVES 6
