Mocha Cake - RECIPE
Mocha Cake is a delicious chocolate and coffee flavoured cake. Easy to prepare and very impressive, this cake is perfect for morning / afternoon teas, social gatherings, dinner parties or when unexpected guests drop by - give it a go!

Curried Egg Sandwiches - RECIPE
Curried Egg Sandwiches was my Grandmother's favourite lunch. Boiled eggs are mashed and mixed with mayonnaise, curry powder and paprika to create a delicious sandwich filling - Give it a go!

Easy Caramel Fudge - RECIPE
Easy Caramel Fudge is an adaptation of my Mother's classic recipe. Butter, brown sugar, vanilla, milk and condensed milk are combined to create a rich, sweet fudge that is both decadent and relatively easy to make - give it a go!
