Sticky Party Sausages - RECIPE



Sticky Party Sausages are a super-quick party snack that is no fuss, no mess and guaranteed to be a big hit at your next social gathering. Little sausages are anointed with a sticky glaze of sesame oil, soy sauce and honey, then baked until golden. These gorgeous, bronzed babies won't last long - give it a go!

2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
4 Tablespoons of Honey


Preparation Time:  About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 30 minutes

Sticky Date Self-Saucing Toffee Pudding - RECIPE

Sticky Date Self-Saucing Toffee Pudding is a twist on the classic dessert. A delightful sponge pudding studded with chopped dates is hiding a secret - an amazing toffee sauce that actually integrates into the underside of the pudding. INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

PUDDING:

1 Cup of Dried Pitted Dates (chopped)
Boiling Water
1 1/4 Cups of Self Raising Flour
2/3 Cups of Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup of Milk
50g Butter (melted)
1 Teaspoon of Mixed Spice

SAUCE:

25g of Butter (chopped)
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Boiling Water

SERVES 6-8

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Chilling Time: About 10 minutes
